Sound Healing & Meditation with Horses
A Beauty Barn Ritual
Friday, March 6
$55
Held the first Friday of each month at The Beauty Barn, this signature experience invites you to slow down, reset, and reconnect through the healing presence of horses, sound, and nature.
In the Year of the Horse, we honor their unique ability to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and guide us back into balance.
Sound healing envelops you in soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, gently guiding your brain into a meditative state. It is a ‘passive’ therapy—allowing you to simply relax, breathe, and let the healing sound waves wash over you, dissolving stress and nurturing your body, mind, and soul.

Not at all. This experience is designed for everyone, from beginners to those with a lifelong practice. Our horses are gentle partners in this process, and the meditation is guided to help you ease into a state of deep relaxation.
-
No, this is a ground-based experience. We focus on the horses’ energetic presence and their ability to help us regulate our nervous systems through proximity and breathwork. There is no riding involved.
-
Sound healing uses vibrational instruments—such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, or gongs—to create frequencies that help the brain enter a meditative state. It is a "passive" therapy where you simply lie down or sit comfortably and let the sound waves promote physical and emotional healing.
-
Since we will be at the stables and outdoors during sunset, we recommend comfortable, breathable layers. Closed-toe shoes are required for the time we spend near the horses. As the evening cools down for stargazing, a light sweater or wrap is encouraged.
-
We provide premium yoga mats and towels for your comfort. You may wish to bring a reusable water bottle and a journal if you’d like to record any reflections after the ritual.
-
The Beauty Barn and Waikoloa Stables offer beautiful sheltered spaces. If the weather is inclement, we will move the ritual under cover to ensure you remain dry and comfortable while still enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the stables.
-
This is a monthly ritual held the first Friday of every month. While February 6th is our inaugural gathering, we encourage guests to return monthly to deepen their practice and connection with the herd.
-
To maintain a sacred and restorative atmosphere, we keep our groups intimate. Space is limited, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.
-
Item descriptionThis specific ritual is designed as a quiet, meditative space for adults and children (ages 12+).
-
Because this is an outdoor sunset experience, we prioritize your comfort and the safety of the horses. In the event of rain or high winds, we will reschedule the ritual. We will notify all registered guests via email/text by 12:00 PM on the day of the event if a reschedule is necessary.
-
If we move the event to a date that does not work for your schedule, we will provide a full reimbursement or a credit toward a future monthly ritual, whichever you prefer.
-
If you need to cancel for personal reasons, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future Beauty Barn ritual.
